How it works
1. Place your order.
2. Questionnaire and inspo.
After your purchase, you'll be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire. This will include your measurements, likes and dislikes, and other questions to help us curate the perfect box for you. You’ll also need to create a Pinterest board filled with your style inspirations and attach the link to the questionnaire, or you can send it to us directly.
3. Your box is curated.
With your completed questionnaire and inspo board, we’ll start curating your box. We take about 3 weeks to source the perfect items, ensuring each piece aligns with your style and preferences. All items are handpicked from charity shops, second-hand markets, or in-person donations.
4. Delivered to your door.
Once your box is ready, we’ll send it directly to your door. We always recommend giving everything a wash before wearing since all items are second-hand. Please note that due to the personalized nature of our service, we do not offer refunds on boxes or individual items. However, we promise to do everything in our power to ensure that everything fits and meets your expectations.
Ordering a box.
Once you have purchased a box you will be sent an email with a bunch of questions. These questions include measurements, likes and dislikes, wishes for box and definite no no's.
Inspiration is key.
Hop on Pinterest or put together a collection of inspiration photos for your box to be based off. Your inspo can be linked via the questionnaire or emailed directly to Courtney.
Wait times.
Due to the popular demand of the boxes, there is a 3 week turnaround from the date you purchase until dispatch of your box.
Refund and returns.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds on the boxes or individual items. We promise to do everything in our power to make sure everything fits.
